We will place a ‘For Sale’ board outside your property and advertise your property on our website as well as other leading property search portals.
All of our properties feature floor plans to give buyers a clear picture of the properties layout.
Step 4 – Get viewings and feedback
We will follow up any viewings that have taken place and give constructive feedback to our vendors.
Step 5 – Negotiation of Sale
From start to finish we offer professional advice in order to achieve a combination of the best price and situation for our vendors.
Step 6 – Mortgages (If required)
