Lets first start by telling you a little about us. Myself, Sahib and Mandeep are the owners of Soul Estates. We have been landlords for some time and over the years used various estate/letting agents to manage our properties. Over time, we got to a stage where our tenants starting calling us direct to solve issues without going through our agents, but yet we still paid a monthly property management fee. We are both are from various working backgrounds, Mandeep comes from the financial industry and is a fanatic about spreadsheets. Whereas myself I come from an IT background, so if I say so myself I am a wiz at all things computers and technology. Both having an interest in the property industry we started helping friends and family with their property solutions than in 2016 decided it’s time for a change and took the plunge and Soul Estates was born.
Looking after our tenants and landlords exceedingly well, that’s the main vision of our agency. We put our HEART and SOUL into helping/ supporting our clients with all their property solutions as we know how frightening and difficult this can be from a landlord to a tenant, from a vendor selling to a purchaser.
We are a family run independent Estate Agents based in Great Bridge, Tipton in the West Midlands. We specialise in residential sales, lettings and property management. We understand from our own personal experience that finding the right home to buy, rent or let can be a very frightening task.
